3. We do a credit check, rental verification, income verification, and background check

What we are looking for on your credit report

1. Open accounts in good standing
2. No prior evictions and you do not owe any landlords
3. No bankruptcies in the last 7 years
   • Any discharged bankruptcy or judgment must have associated paperwork that the issue was resolved.
